REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS – 1/16/12

Happy Tuesday! I hope your day is off to a great start. As for me, I am feeling a bit cobwebby so let’s hope I can shake that off. You see, the wonderful people at Comcast decided to shake up the broadcast schedule, so my Housewives are now on at 10 rather than 7. The good news is that because of this delay I got to see Ben jettison the weepy anteater last night. And I’m wondering: has Courtney done a cold sore medicine ad in the past? Every time I look at her I think “cold sore” and I am wondering where my subconscious is getting this from.

Let’s get onto a Housewives update, shall we?:

* Taylor Armstrong’s friends are pressuring her to go to rehab for her drinking, per RadarOnline.

* Kim, on the other hand, is out of rehab and has been seen on the town in the BH9.

* If you, like my friend Sarah, were wondering if Kyle has legs, that’s because she forbade producers from shooting her below the chest while they were in Hawaii.

* Frasier’s new wife is miraculously knocked up – with twins!

* And finally: if you have been watching RHOA (I have not), you may have seen new FOH (that’s “friend of the Housewives”) Marlo Hampton tell NeNe that she’s been arrested numerous times, including for assaulting another woman with a knife. Well, according to realfauxhousewives.com, the assault resulted in the other woman’s face being permanently disfigured, and she ultimately committed suicide six years later. And that’s why Marlo is a FOH and not a full H. Yick. Can’t we do better, Bravo?

  1. I’m a virgo too and have never been late. Let alone starting to get dressed for a party while it’s in full swing! Another great recap! Thanks!!!!

  2. Great recap; laughing out loud! Kim, Kim, Kim, that poor, poor girl. I mean really Kyle – do you not know that she is f’d up and on drugs, alcohol and maybe some really good pot but geez get your sister some help!
And Tay, really?!? Dating your therapist already? And who really thinks that it was Tay’s idea to do a freakin pow-wow at a restaurant opening? Oy.
Thanks for always making me laugh.
    And Elizabeth – you rock!
