· In case you are not a Twit, you may have missed the Full-Scale Twitter Meltdown Jacqueline Laurita had over the weekend. (It can’t rightfully be called a “war” as it seems she was the only party involved.) RHONJ is shooting season 4 right now, and shot footage of the annual Posche Fashion Show last week at which some ‘embarrassing’ thing happened outing Melissa Gorga’s previous career stop working at a strip club. She claims she was just a bartender in a Hooters outfit, the guy who outed her claims it’s an upscale sort of place (kind of like the Landing Strip), and I find I really don’t have much of an opinion shift based on this news so I’m not sure why it matters. Greetings! It’s a new week in 90210, and thank Andy we have a new housewife because things were getting really quite bleak. This silly show is supposed to be escapist, but so far it’s a Lifetime TV movie. (In fact, when the inevitable Lifetime TV movie is made, may I suggest the part of Taylor Armstrong be played by…..LeAnn Rimes!) Before we get to that, a bit of news about the Housewives of Elsewhere…

As you know, three of the mainstays and one hanger-on have gotten the boot from RHONY. Rumors are flying that Ramona was the mastermind behind the big switch, and has brought in several of her friends to be considered by Mr. Andy as replacements. E! Welcome back! Before we get into the recap, let’s take a moment to ponder a few bits of Real Housewives news over the past week:

* First, Michaele Salahi ran away from home and has taken up with a guitarist from Journey. Supposedly they have wild sex, which is a revolting thought. The guitarist, who just got married two months ago to a Playboy playmate, let Tareq know he had stolen his woman by texting Tareq a photo of his penis. All the dramatics were too much for the Salahi’s dog, who died. I am not making any of this up. Good luck, Journey Man. Enjoy Tareq the Train Wreck’s leftovers.
