REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS – 3/11/13

Bonjour! Am I the only person who watched last night’s incredibly boring episode of RHOBH? I am guessing yes, what with all the built-up anticipation over The Letter on The Bachelor. So much ado about so much nothing. Not a lot of Housewife news, either, except:

* Adrienne and Lil’ Rod broke up, which is a colossally stunning development seeing as Bravo officially told her they were not interested in that potential storyline last week. In other Adrienne news, Tamara Tattles posted the only known “before” photo of Adrienne, originally printed in Star or some such tabloid. Oh, and Adrienne, who serves soapy chicken for dinner, is opening a restaurant to compete with Villa Blanca. No thank you.

* In other Stewart news, Big Rod told TMZ that his current wife, one Penny Lancaster, is officially not interested in becoming a new BH Wife.

* Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss are having some ridiculous blog/twitter bicker over whether or not Kim “stole” Kandi’s dream baby boy name, Kash, for her second son. Considering (a) Kandi is not currently expecting, and if she ever becomes pregnant only has a 50% chance of having a boy in the first place who will inevitably be a fair or possibly significant bit younger than Kash Biermann, so it’s not like they would be two Kash B.’s in the same first grade class, and (b) they apparently aren’t friends anymore anyway, it would seem like Kandi is hardly foreclosed from using the name “Kash” herself. Is Kash the Jayden of the 2010s? I think it’s a dumb name, personally.

* Also in ATL, NeNe is hinting that she’s getting her own talk show, which is an incredibly stupid idea considering a talk show requires the host to talk WITH people and NeNe only likes to talk AT people.

* Keeping ATL unusually interesting, Sheree Whitfield lost in her effort to get a restraining order against the blogger behind Tamara Tattles. The judge did, however, require both parties to agree to stay away from each other as it would seem Ms. Whitfield has sent minions out to spy on Tamara in order to prove Tamara was spying on Sheree.

* In New Jersey, rumors about the Lauritas financial state continue to circulate, with the newest tidbits being that they owe $300K in back state taxes and their house is in some sort of pre-foreclosure status, per RealityTea.

* And finally, last week Tammy Sue got the Twitterverse all up in arms when she made some comment about taxes and lazy people when she was in DC last week. As I have said before, when Housewives’ political thoughts gain traction or relevance you can expect frogs to start falling from the sky soon thereafter.

That’s about it. Still no news from New York, which is curious.

  1. Apparently I walked out of the room so often on this episode, I missed a bundle. But thankfully littlemama is challenged by boring episodes because this was one of the funnier posts in a while!

“…..frogs will drop from the sky” hilarious and true!
“….no, we will talk here because the drinks are free” HA!

It seems that both BHills and the WaDC groups are more hyper aware of bad publicity and skilled at putting on false appearances–they’re incredibly cagey on details when a camera is around. Especially the Sis Richards.

  2. Such a boring season. And isn’t Pam really Dana (who had the $25,000 sunglasses???)
